The Residences at 1428 Brickell is a 70-story, 195-residence tower by Ytech rising 861 feet above Miami's Financial District. A Solar Backbone of 500 photovoltaic-integrated glass panels on the west facade generates up to 175,000 kWh of clean energy annually. Architecture by Miami's Arquitectonica and Milan's ACPV Architects, led by Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel.
Every residence arrives fully finished with travertine marble floors, Arclinea and Vaselli Italian cabinetry, integrated Gaggenau appliances, and terrace summer kitchens. Construction began November 2024. The 13,000-cubic-yard foundation pour completed September 2025 and the tower is now going vertical with $565M in JPMorgan financing secured.
